In this digital age, it’s understandable that you may want to also purchase image files along with your print order! I automatically include low-resolution files (non-printing, for screen viewing) of each image that you have ordered in print or product form, which is perfect for sharing on facebook or emailing to friends and family! They will include a small watermark that will not obstruct your face or body.
High-resolution files are also available for purchase. They are $75 per image or $70 each when buying ten or more of your favorite images from the session. They can be transferred electronically via the free file-transfer site Dropbox, or can be placed on a DVD or USB in a keepsake box for an additional fee!
My Policies (“Fine print”)
A non-refundable retainer is required in order to reserve the date and time requested. Without a retainer, that date and time may be scheduled with another client. Rescheduling is possible due to inclement weather, but will be done so with a mutual agreement of both parties. Rescheduling at the request of a client may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee and notice must be given within 72 hours.
If you are late, the session will still end at the time originally set at time of booking–so don’t be late! If you miss your session, you will still owe the entire amount of the session. I truly value your business and your time and only ask for the same courtesy.
All clients should complete a Client Release Form and indicate how they wish to participate in the showcasing of my work. This includes appearance in printed materials such as business cards and brochures, as well as online media such as this website or Facebook. Your privacy is my highest priority, but I’d love to show off your beautiful images if you’ll let me!
At the conclusion of your session, we will schedule an ordering/purchasing appointment roughly one to two weeks later. I will then show you your images and we will discuss prints, enlargements and other product options specifically tailored for your unique needs. In as early as one week from your ordering appointment, you can pick up your beautiful artwork!
Images may not be reproduced or altered for any reason without prior written consent. Commercial use of images is strictly prohibited. Images may not be entered into any contest or submission without prior written consent. Screen grab downloads, printing of digital images and scanning of prints for digital imagery use is illegal and punishable by law. Elaine Dieball Photography reserves the right to display, publish, exhibit, alter, sell and disseminate images as agreed upon per the required Client Release Form. As the client you understand and agree that I will not release any unedited or unusable images for any reason. This includes but is not limited to any images the I choose not to edit due the image not meeting the my artistic vision or if it is a less flattering representation of you.
